I was part of S#IM SERVICE - Team to which I belonged. Engineering Managers were ridiculous. They start pining at 8 am for replies, trying to make our schedule align with theirs. NO WLB. I have seen two tech leads fighting during team stand-ups just to show their superiority over each other. No Product KT for new joiners; they expect you to know the product before joining. The TL would ask you to run to different teams instead of helping you out himself. The TL would ask you to help interns with their work and do the job on his behalf when the deadline is near. First Round: OA (Online Assessment) It has aptitude questions and CS core subject questions, mainly focusing on Computer Networks. It has two DSA questions: * A grid-based question using recursion and a Trie. * A graph-based question. Both DS
The experience was really good overall. Although certain questions seemed irrelevant, like file system architecture, it was overall a good mix of OS, DBMS, and computer network fundamentals. Thank you for your time.
