Good work culture. Great environment.
Top-heavy management structure. Growth is slow beyond mid-management.
The interview was simple. They asked me three questions about SQL and cloud. I guess I beat around the bush too much and didn't get to any specific parts, which is why I didn't get the job.
Got invitation of written test via employee referral. Out of around 2,000 candidates, 100-150 managed to pass that barrier. Then, after a few days, the interview date got scheduled. There were 4 rounds in total that day. From morning 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.
The interview covered Object-Oriented Programming (OOPs), Operating Systems (OS), and Database Management Systems (DBMS), along with a project discussion about what, how, and where. There were a total of three rounds: * Technical * Managerial * ETR
