Many different business units, so lots of opportunity to learn.
A mix of good and bad organizations; do your homework before joining. Each business unit has its own culture.
Overall, a good company to spend a couple of years in and then leave.
- Low pay, not much advancement.
- Lots of nepotism. I worked in approximately 5 business units, and each of them was stacked with their own 'in' crowd.
- Lack of innovation.
Way too many layers. Reduce the number of directors, senior directors, VPs, and above.
