It's nice working in Cisco.
There are not many cons to Cisco.
The interview process that I went through wasn’t too bad. It’s a 90-minute at-home code screening. It consists of three questions ranging in the easy to medium difficulty range. Overall, the experience was very smooth and enjoyable.
I applied through a university career fair. I was contacted one week later and scheduled an on-campus interview with two interviewers. There were no coding questions at that time. The interview mainly discussed my resume and what I would like to do
Referred by friends. It took one month to start the phone interview, which covered basic programming questions and GDB. The onsite interview was with five people the following Monday and included many questions about linked lists and OS.
