Slow turnaround time and communication was poor. They skipped my phone screening because the recruiter was out of town. After I submitted my availability form, I emailed my recruiter 4-5 times until I got a response/update from them.

The first step in the process was a 1 hour and 30 minute online assessment challenge that was sent via email. You have two weeks in order to complete it.

I went to the career fair, and afterwards, they called me for an interview. I was asked some basic questions about programming and some brain teasers. It was pretty simple.
