Pros

High pay scale and top-shelf benefits.

Underperformers get moved out.

High performers get rewarded.

Encouraged to speak up, challenge ideas, innovate, and come up with solutions that produce results.

Cons

Constant pressure to overdeliver kills work-life balance. Many times, you are working extra hours on products or solutions that will never produce revenue.

We were looking over our shoulder every 2-4 years.

Company is extremely biased towards hiring younger engineers.

Diversity and inclusion only applies to employees and managers in the US.
