You have flexibility to work from home or a remote Cisco location. They have the best immigration lawyers if you're on a visa. The employee benefits are awesome! The culture is pro-employee. Management really takes care that employees are not working on weekends. And if you do, then you get compensation offs. They have great trainings for employees and a set budget assigned to each. You can switch comfortably within the company, which grows every year with a new acquisition.
