This process is very tedious. After going through the basic "checklist" interview with the recruiter, you speak with 5-6 different individuals and then go through a couple of panel interviews. The entire process typically takes 4-6 weeks to complete

Detailed technical questions. Questions about background. Recruiter quickly set up the meeting. Slow feedback from the interview. Questions were vague. Explain how to lead the team and what it means for me to be a team leader.
