Great company, but a tough place to grow as a new employee
The lower grades get shuffled between several technologies, giving them a chance to pick out their technology of preference and build a career out of what they would love doing.
No quick growth for lower grades. With all shuffling into different technologies, it is difficult to assess performance since they don't stay long enough to prove themselves.
