The onboarding process required me to drive to the Cisco Systems location and receive equipment for the job. I set up my equipment and have been waiting at the job location for other account credentials before I can begin my job duties.
Onboarding information gave details of the process. Certain parts of the process were vague and misleading. Gaining account access is a slow process.
