Cisco is in the middle of all things digital. Webex is the best. The pay is good. They got rid of the ranking system.
Still some politics. They are so focused on the short-term bottom line.
Be careful of focusing on the short-term bottom line; it is not everything.
You are focusing too much on the young.
A senior person cannot make five, ten, or fifteen people productive based on how junior they are.
