Good company for telecommuting
- Widespread acceptance of remote workers, providing home office setup.
- Lots of very smart and knowledgeable people.
Big company. Sometimes the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing.
- Lots of (long) meetings.
Software developers generally hate open-plan offices. Don't do it!
Help managers and workers cut down on meetings. It's excessive!
