Unfortunately, Cisco relies heavily on contract work for positions such as these. As such, the benefits are abysmal, with no paid time off. You have to leverage between losing pay or sanity after not having time off for several months at a time. Every once in a while, Cisco will throw a holiday day to you, and contract companies will allow you to take a day off paid. However, compared to actual organizations that provide benefits, this is still subpar.
It was long, but overall it was a good process that allowed me to showcase my best attributes to my potential future employer. I don’t have anything more to say, but for whatever reason, this is making me keep typing.
