Big company. Have more chances to move to other groups when you want to challenge yourself. Nice buildings and onsite landscape.
Used to give out more benefits. No more free soda and free stuff. Food prices in the cafeteria increased a lot, and the quality and quantity also reduced.
Since the economy is going down, Cisco laid off many people and demoted some managers, making other managers have to take care of two or more groups at the same time. They don't really know what's going on with the new assigned group and don't really care.
