Pros: Comp is very good. Free food is decent.

Cons: No work-life balance (you would work 10-11 hours a day minimum). Constant jokes from peers (and management) of "do or be fired". Interests are very short-term. Failure is not an option. CYA culture everywhere. Zero planning. No transparency from above. Very poor communication when people come and go. One day you are sitting next to someone, the next day they are gone. No notice, no nothing – just like that.

Pros: - Very little bureaucracy - Large amount of support from company and team - Prestigious network of people to work with - Very good pay - It's good to see that there are a lot of people who have been with the company for 10+ years, which really does mean a lot. - A pleasantly large number of corporate-sponsored events that add color to the experience. - Large number of perks and benefits

Cons: - Sometimes the company treats you like a number and simply wants you to do as you've been assigned. - Planning seems to be lacking on occasion. - Not all employees are friendly or approachable.

Pros: Pay is well above average.

Cons: Tech isn't as advanced as advertised. Top-down management style. Work-life balance blows. Management doesn't care about this at all.
