Pros: Good pay, sometimes. I met some smart people here.
People from different departments are generally responsive and motivated to get jobs done.
Cons: Stingy, at times even unreasonable, depending on the managers/departments.
An unhealthy sense of insecurity in mid- to low-level managers is causing unnecessary stress and quick burnout of employees.
