Process
Interviewers were very nice and asked two easy LeetCode algorithm questions and one medium LeetCode algorithm question.
I performed well on the easy questions but didn't do so well on the medium question.

Citadel Work Experiences
5.0
Smart colleagues, driven environment
Software Engineer • Current Employee
Chicago, Illinois, United States
April 8, 2021
Pros: In the past, I've worked in a lot of different environments and generally found that people are either friendly OR competent. In my experience, my colleagues at Citadel are (as a rule) both, which makes it a great place to work. Having colleagues that set the bar high helps me strive to grow in my own skillset.
Cons: A very fast-paced environment where everyone has more work on their to-do list than will ever get done. You have to be careful to manage the workload properly to avoid burnout.
