The SWE interview process at Citadel was intense but rewarding.
I went through several rounds of technical interviews focused on algorithms, data structures, and system design. Each round pushed me to think critically and optimize my solutions.
There were also behavioral interviews where I discussed past projects and problem-solving approaches.
The process tested not only my coding skills but also how I handle challenges under pressure.
