Pros: Got to learn a lot about finance through the quants and traders.
Good benefits.
Cons: Hours are hefty; most people work 50+ hours a week.
Culture is not the best, in the sense that most people usually just eat lunch at their desk. There isn't much socializing outside work topics (not completely nonexistent either, but definitely on the lower end).

Cons: No soul. No one is happy to come to work. Everyone's afraid to get fired. So much turnover, no one understands any internal business processes. No WFH. Vapid middle management.
