The interview process consisted of five rounds: four rounds of technical questions and one round of behavioral questions. The interviewer was friendly and helpful. The total process took three weeks. I was contacted by a recruitment agency via LinkedIn.

Pros: Compensation and benefits were really good during Covid, treating employees well. Company events are of really high quality, which is something people take for granted. Work can be interesting depending on the team. Most employees are pretty motivated about their work and are very competent.
Cons: It takes a certain type of person to work here. You will have to pull longer hours, but there's reward accordingly for this.
Some groups encounter unsavory politics. Team culture is super dependent on the manager.
