Process
I applied online.
On the website, you submit your personal information and your CV. Then you receive an automated test on HackerRank. The test consists of two algorithmic problems with a 75-minute duration. For each one, it checks whether the code compiles and passes all the tests. Even when it doesn't pass, the code is still saved in the cloud. I received no response, feedback, or any kind of follow-up. I felt like I wasted my time with something automated.
