I participated in the Insight Days at Citadel in April.
As a result, they offered me a phone interview, which was solely algorithmic.
The next step was an on-site virtual assessment, consisting of three interviews.
Each interview was half behavioral and half technical.
I performed well, but the recruiters were not particularly friendly.
I received a rejection a week later.
