Pros: - Very little bureaucracy
- Large amount of support from company and team
- Prestigious network of people to work with
- Very good pay
- It's good to see that there are a lot of people who have been with the company for 10+ years, which really does mean a lot.
- A pleasantly large number of corporate-sponsored events that add color to the experience.
- Large number of perks and benefits
Cons: - Sometimes the company treats you like a number and simply wants you to do as you've been assigned.
- Planning seems to be lacking on occasion.
- Not all employees are friendly or approachable.
