Smart colleagues, driven environment
In the past, I've worked in a lot of different environments and generally found that people are either friendly OR competent. In my experience, my colleagues at Citadel are (as a rule) both, which makes it a great place to work. Having colleagues that set the bar high helps me strive to grow in my own skillset.
A very fast-paced environment where everyone has more work on their to-do list than will ever get done. You have to be careful to manage the workload properly to avoid burnout.
