Phone screen with HR. They ask you about your resume, past project experience, impact, and scope. They will then ask about your interests and intentions. You will also discuss compensation expectations.

Online assessments are automatically sent out after application. If selected by HR for the next step, there is a 45-minute Zoom interview with a software engineer or quant dev at Citadel.

A recruiter contacted me through LinkedIn. We had two phone calls. The recruiter then asked for more details via email. I am now waiting to continue the process. We are scheduled for another phone call.
