I applied through a staffing agency. I was asked to apply through a third-party recruiter. Got an online assessment test a few days later. It was standard LeetCode problems that were not too difficult to solve.

Interviewed at Citadel as a new grad. I was asked questions on standard LeetCode problems and several follow-up questions related to low-level OS optimizations, such as predictive branching. The overall experience was great.
