Applied through a third-party recruiter, who coordinated with Citadel's recruiting team to schedule a technical phone screen with an engineer over HackerRank. I had to solve a LeetCode medium problem and answer some behavioral questions.

HackerRank, two technical rounds. Final round interviewer was uninterested and barely paying attention. Windows shop running on outdated tech. No offer. Heard horrible things about culture. Dodged a bullet with this one.
