I had a horrible, pushy interviewer. He basically told me that the Citadel interview process takes 2.5-3 months. He also stated that if I could not commit to declining any other job offer sent to me while still interviewing at Citadel, they would not

OA, technical screen, 3 more technical screens, and then team matching. Most of the questions were medium/hard LeetCode with some low-level systems questions too. Overall, the communication from the HR team was fast and good.

I applied through a staffing agency. I was asked to apply through a third-party recruiter. Got an online assessment test a few days later. It was standard LeetCode problems that were not too difficult to solve.
