Stop the forced attrition and take steps to prevent nepotism. No other top trading firms have forced attrition policies for engineers, so Citadel doesn't need them either. No top tech companies besides Amazon have them either.
They disincentivize collaboration and information sharing (thus increasing the cost of building software), and they give the company a bad reputation as a workplace and increase unwanted attrition.

It went pretty well. They told me to introduce myself, asked me a question about my resume, and then asked a LeetCode Medium question. I did not move forward to the Superday round.
