Pros: Some of the most kind and authentic people I've had the opportunity to work with. Also some of the most genuinely fun company events I've ever heard of, let alone been a part of. Tremendous growth (10x revenue in 2023, 6x in 2024). Lots of freedom for engineers to propose projects, and receptive management. Great opportunities for professional development. There are a lot of new products we're looking to build, and a lot of foundational infrastructure to add as we scale.

Cons: - We're growing so quickly, and there's enough going on that it can be a firehose of context. You need to be comfortable maintaining your own compass (and communicating) to be able to execute effectively. - Emphasis on in-office (often a pro for folks who are explicitly looking for it).

Pros: People are great, down-to-earth, hard-working, and intelligent. There are lots of opportunities for career growth.

Cons: ambiguity that comes with a startup

Pros: You get tons of autonomy, and you're empowered to do whatever you think is best for customers. The product/company is also growing fast, so it's an exciting place to be.

Cons: Lots of moving pieces, not much structure. If you struggle with ambiguity, it'll be hard to succeed here.
