Front End Developer Interview Experience - Burnaby, Canada

Process

I applied for the job online.

I got the response from HR after 5 days. It was a phone screening where HR asked questions about the work and technologies I had worked with in the past. After that, he said he would discuss the profile with the Dev manager and, if I was a suitable fit, I would be given a coding test (a take-home test).

After 2 days, I received a coding test which consisted of 3 programming problems. I completed the test within the given duration, and after that, there was no word from HR.

I sent follow-up emails to HR, and then he replied after 1 week to schedule another interview with 2 team members (team lead and developer) for 2-3 hours.

I went for the in-person interview at Clio's office in Burnaby. The office is nice.

HR told me he would meet me at the office, but there was no sign of him. The receptionist at the desk asked me to log in through an app where you need to specify the interviewer's name. I waited for 5 minutes, and then the interviewers came by and took me to a meeting room.

One of the interviewers joined through Hangout, and 2 of them were in person.
