The interview process was straightforward and smooth, and updates were communicated throughout.

1. I received an OA right after submitting the application, which could be categorized as easier than LC.
2. HR call - I had an amazing conversation with HR, including some behavioural questions.
3. Coding Interview - 1 hour - Something related to the manipulation of data that you are given; you're allowed to use the internet, so use it wisely to communicate effectively if stuck. Time at the end for quick questions.
4. Culture Fit — 30 min — This interview is to check if your values align with Clio's values, so make sure to brush up on that and relate your long-term goals to what Clio is doing.
5. After 3 business days, I received communication to schedule a call with HR and got the offer during the call. The pay is CAD 56000 per year, which is the base pay for interns.

Overall, one of the best interview experiences I have gone through for securing a Co-op.
