This is a multi-stage interview process. It includes an HR screening, an interview with the Hiring Manager (who may not be your direct manager). If you advance to the next stages, you will have a 4-hour final set of interviews. This will include a coding challenge (where you should spend time sharing what you are doing, as working with a peer is an important quality), followed by a system design interview, and two rounds of non-technical interviews.
