I applied online.
I did not make it past the initial screening call. I would have given an average experience, but the interviewer had a poor microphone and was hard to hear most times with just AirPods. In the end, I was told I would hear back by the end of the week and ended up being ghosted despite me even following up. I understand not replying to every resume, but you should hear back after an interview. Especially if the candidate follows up.
