Pros: Great visibility from the C-suite on the direction of the company. Clearly discussed roadmaps and constant improvements and growth to the product offerings. Good benefits, including maternity.

Cons: Compensation could be better. I believe there is higher than average turnover of staff.

Cons: - Workload can be intense at times, especially around pushes for ClioCon. - A fast-paced environment which requires careful energy management in order to thrive in. (Not a true con so much as a warning of what to expect)

Pros: Fully remote. Strong focus on software quality and customer satisfaction. Great team. Great work/life balance. Great perks, including regular free lunches. Strong focus on learning and development. The company will pay for books, courses, and learning time.

Cons: Pension matching is a bit behind industry standard.
