Started with a two-hour+ technical interview. The first half was programming, and the second was a system design question.

I found the question in the first half to be relatively easy, but the interviewer seemed fairly skeptical of the methods I used, which I found very disconcerting. The interviewer was friendly in the second half, however, I hadn't seen a system design question in an interview before.

I didn't finish the first question, so I didn't get offered the job. My biggest complaint would be the need to schedule over two hours during the week and take time off from work before you even get a feel of what to expect from the company.
