My interview process consisted of a first online coding skills challenge, 90 minutes with 3 questions in 3 different languages. You have to submit the answers, they get auto-graded, and then reviewed by another developer. You receive a score out of 100.
The next step is a phone interview, 30 minutes or so, going over personality and past experiences in work and in school.
Following that was a 90-minute peer-programming challenge with 2 developers from the company. Pretty standard, they provide you something to code and you walk them through it (standard coding question, string manipulation program, simple game design, etc.). Immediately following was a 30-minute conversation with an executive about Clio and where you fit in as a co-op.
What do you want to get out of the co-op experience? Why do you think you are a good fit at Clio?
