Pros: Lots of opportunities for the following:
* Self-development
* Cross-team collaboration
* Knowledge sharing from senior devs
* Practicing soft skills
Cons: Some parts of the tech stack feel old, but they're too integrated to rip out. People smarter than me call it "revenue-generating code," but I'm still stuck on the term "legacy code."

Pros: Culture is great. The company is very supportive of their employees in terms of career growth. Smart people that are very willing to help.
Cons: Growing quickly, so new employees are not as knowledgeable, making long-time employees bogged down with lots of work and mentoring.
