Very unprofessional experience! I applied for a software development position, and later I received an email from a "Talent Acquisition Specialist." We scheduled a phone interview, but she forgot about it and didn't contact me a day after. I wrote her an email and reminded her that we had scheduled a conversation and she hadn't called. We rescheduled a new interview, but she also missed it. When we finally talked, I felt that she was completely uninterested. The whole interview was unprofessional. She asked me very dry questions without any interest.
