Great company, but sterile and corporate
- Heaviest emphasis on diversity I've seen at any company I've worked with.
- Stable product, stable vision.
- Pay is good.
- WLB is great on the engineering side.
- Framework in place to switch teams or even roles.
- Teams are very siloed; you don't feel like you're part of a company.
- Work is slow and overly bureaucratic; it feels too corporate.
- Some standards are deeply baked-in. Change isn't very welcome.
I don't have much to complain about, but the environment does feel overly sterile. This isn't necessarily a bad thing, but I prefer something scrappier and with more soul. As a company, you're doing an excellent job, but I just don't feel chemistry or an excitement with the broader organization. Ultimately, it might be the wrong place for my personality.
