Clio is an excellent organization to work for, with great people and staff. The managers are effective at providing feedback and scheduling time to discuss goals.

Team movement could be improved. Frequent changes in team members and managers can make it challenging to consistently work with the same group of people. Project allocation was sometimes difficult, with insufficient resources assigned to them.
