I've read a lot of the negative reviews. They mostly boil down to what you would expect from a company trying to conquer a market: crazy growth, shifting expectations, ambiguity, stiff competition, and impatience around the IPO.
Does it feel like a finger in the eye sometimes? Absolutely.
Ultimately rewarding? Probably.
Would you expect anything different?
Live the values or don't have them.
At the executive level, the value is preached to "be open." Then, key decisions are made incommunicado, and calls and emails aren't returned. We don't need that BS.
