I applied online. A couple of weeks later, I received an invitation for an initial interview with a recruiter. The conversation went well, and we verbally set a time for a more technical phone call with an engineer, with an assurance that I would receive an email confirming the appointment. I did not receive this email and had to ask again for confirmation.
Following the technical phone interview, I did not receive any feedback from Cloudflare for a week. When I reached out to the same recruiter I'd been working with for an update on the process, I received the same introductory email as before. Though I clarified that I had already gone through two interviews, no further status update was given. Instead, I was asked to enter availability for a phone call with this recruiter again.
I entered my availability and was not contacted again for over a month. Following an apology from the recruiter, I indicated that I was still interested in the role. However, at this time, I still haven't been notified of my status in the interview process, despite repeated attempts to reach out.
