This is a fast-paced technical engineering organization with a demanding roadmap. There is a clear focus on delivery and building the right functionality for new customers.
Everyone is super-supportive of a new starter joining this kind of ecosystem, and despite lockdown, I've been able to make enough strong connections that I feel part of the team.
The founders are still very involved with the company, and their vision is very clear. Cloudflare is awesome because there is a clear, ambitious mission; the people are smart, warm, and welcoming; and the technical domain is fascinating, challenging, and fast-paced.
The pace is such that sometimes the priority of things becomes a bit lost.
