CodeSignal OA led directly to a 2-hour technical onsite (1 hour each).
Onsite interviewers were great. Questions were LeetCode Easy/Medium with follow-ups. We also had general chatting about our backgrounds.
An offer was extended.
However, the offer was rescinded three weeks before my start date due to company financial troubles. I was given 2 months' severance. Highly disappointed.
I'd rather my offer get put on hold than rescinded. Maybe they'll let me bypass onsites for a future opening, but I'm not sure if I'd bother with this company a second time.
