Process
Several steps:
- First technical round with a very nice guy.
- Design round with a tired person.
- Culture-fit round.
- Another technical round with a totally unprepared staff member.
This last round, the person really needs to start taking "human" courses. He spills out half of the problem (trading pairs on ETH/BTC using Coinbase API), and while you're trying to figure it out, he interrupts you with such aggressiveness that you can lose concentration.
