Process
I was recommended by a current employee. HR was very responsive and accommodating.
However, as a full-stack engineer, they had difficulty tailoring an interview process for me and so requested I interview for either frontend or backend. After agreeing, two phone interviews were followed by a day of onsite, in-person interviews.
The first phone call was with HR and was to do basic due diligence and expectation matching.
The second phone call was with technical staff and tested my coding and critical thinking ability.
The onsite interview consisted of two morning interviews, followed by lunch and three additional interviews.
