Continuous Learning. Smart engineers and great benefits
Work culture is a bit too isolated.
I applied online. The interview process was very long, taking over a couple of months, and it kept getting pushed out. I enjoyed meeting with the team, but it was often hard to get in touch with recruiting.
I started off with a Recruiter screen, talking about my experience and learning about the role. Next, I had a Technical Phone Screen. Then, an Onsite Interview (3 technical interviews). Finally, Team matching (meeting with managers).
The online interview for the first phase had two parts. It consisted of cognitive and cultural questions, and a technical assessment. The technical assessment was structured and increased in difficulty.
