Stock performs well when it's performing well.
Leadership has their heads in places I don't recommend having your heads in.
The environment is very scary, pip hell, with no job security, and this is actively encouraged by leadership.
There's no path forward, and leadership has no real incentive to give a crap.
Work-life balance is a tossup. Generally, no.
