- Good compensation
- Nice coworkers - smart, friendly people for the most part
- Work from home and flexibility on hours
Unstable working environment - constant reorgs and layoffs, rescinding offers, etc. Extremely shady leadership. If you don't drink the Kool-Aid, you won't have a good time. Most critical thought is considered "FUD". Long hours.
